We're looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our café — a high-energy spot serving guests of all ages.
About the Role:
As the Café Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 10–12 employees and be responsible for both front-of-house service and back-of-house kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of restaurant management experience who’s looking to grow and lead independently.
In addition to daily café service, this position will manage frequent catering orders, so strong organizational skills and a catering background are a plus.
Restaurant General Managers, Here's Why This Job Rocks:
- No late nights – The Cafe closes at 5 PM daily.
- Great schedule – Café operates 7 days/week during summer, but closes on Wednesdays during the rest of the year. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Lead with support – You’ll be the main manager on-site, backed by a team of reliable shift leaders.
What We're Looking For In A Restaurant General Manager:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Comfortable managing service and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with catering is a bonus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $52,000–$58,000
