VP Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies 
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and reservations teams
  • Develop and manage the annual sales budget
  • Identify and prioritize cultivating relationships with key clients

VP Sales Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the hospitality, resort or similar industry
  • Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
