We are opening an exciting new venue under a well-established, successful hospitality brand, and we're searching for a dynamic Venue Director / General Manager to lead the charge in Raleigh, NC. This individual will be the face of the venue, overseeing every aspect of operations while inspiring a culture of excellence, community, and innovation. General Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a General Manager or Venue Director role within a high-volume, full-service or entertainment-focused concept
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of managers across FOH and BOH operations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and labor controls
  • Direct experience with event sales planning, execution, and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success in building a positive guest experience, driving sales and achieving operational excellence
  • Experience in safety compliance, team training, and operational systems management
  • Hands-on leader with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with corporate leadership and report directly to the VP of Operations

General Manager Preferred Background and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or restaurant management (or equivalent experience)
  • Track record of implementing successful Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies and community engagement initiatives
  • Comfortable being the public face of a brand and engaging in external business development
  • Experience opening new locations or managing transitions in fast-paced environments
