Sales Territory Manager – |$130K to $150K Base + Bonuses | Disruptive Med Device Innovation

Who’s hungry to own a market, educate clinicians, and make a real impact in the cath and EP lab space?
What You’ll Do:
- Build and dominate your territory through strategic sales execution and relationship-building
- Deliver clinical-grade product demos and win trust in the lab—cardiologists, EPs, and nurses alike
- Attend procedures and become the go-to expert for closure solutions
- Work directly with R&D and marketing to influence future product development
- Stay ahead of industry trends and crush your metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of medical device sales—cath lab, EP, and vascular required
- Proven closer with grit, polish, and serious hustle
- Thrives in startup environments with high visibility and accountability
- Willingness to travel
