Senior Tax Leader – Westchester County, NY

Tax Partner Requirements & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of public accounting experience and a licensed CPA
• Proven ability to handle both tax strategy and compliance for individuals and businesses
• Real estate audit experience (especially condos and apartment buildings)
• Comfortable juggling both tax and audit responsibilities
• Small firm experience (<30 is mandatory). The structure of large firm experience is great, but candidates must thrive in a lean environment
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead complex engagements
• Leadership without ego: willing to mentor, collaborate, and drive firm-wide growth
• Flexibility to work with a small team of top-notch professionals in a casual, collaborative. entrepreneurial culture.
