Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Project Engineer to lead and execute complex dry bulk storage projects from concept through production. This role is a key technical position within our clients engineering team, combining structural design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Senior Project Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering and execution of dry bulk storage systems from initial concept through final production.
  • Perform structural analysis and detailed design to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Act as a technical liaison, working directly with customers, fabricators, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align project goals with company objectives.
  • Proactively solve technical challenges, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Senior Project Engineer Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience in dry bulk or related industrial sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong 3D modeling skills (CREO Parametric preferred).
  • Proficiency in structural design and analysis of beams, columns, and related components. Preference given to candidates with RISA 3D or similar experience.
  • Professional Engineering (PE or SE) license is preferred, but not required.

Senior Project Engineer Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 + bonuses
  • Health Insurance
  • 401(k) with 3% company match
