Our client is a beauty industry leader that is looking for a well-experienced VP of Performance Marketing with a strong digital marketing professional background to support their robust, growing brand. Only candidates who are currently employed with a digital-first CPG DTC brand will be considered.
VP of Performance Marketing Perks:

VP of Performance Marketing Requirements:
- Currently employed for 1+ year with a strong career progression (self-employment, contract or consultancy will not be considered)
- CPG performance marketing experience within the last two years, marketing a specific physical product DTC that is not an established/household brand
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition, ideally in an e-commerce, digital-first brand in a significant growth stage including annual revenues from $50- $150MM
- Responsible for over $800k/month Meta ad spend for ONE brand in current role
- Hands-on keyboard experience in current role (not just supervising others)
- Expertise in Excel (SQL is a plus). Comfortable working with large datasets and have an in-depth understanding of statistical analysis
- Experience and passionate opinions about attribution model ‘fit’ (MMM, MCA, etc.)
- Managing marketing budget and evaluate the performance
- Ability and desire to commit to this role full-time. Side gigs and professional consulting cannot be done in conjunction with this role; a corresponding non-compete is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
