Event Program Manager Benefits:

Event Program Manager Qualifications:
- A decade or more of experience orchestrating polished, high-level events (agency background strongly preferred)
- Confident communicator who knows how to earn client trust and keep things on track
- Calm under pressure and sharp in execution—juggling large projects without missing a beat
- Skilled at managing logistics end to end: budgets, venues, vendors, timelines, and day-of coordination
- Comfortable in tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Team-oriented and values doing things right
- Based in CA, CT, FL, GA, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, PA, TX, or TN
- Past work should not be limited to catering, restaurant, or nonprofit roles
Some travel may include occasional trips to Canada, the Caribbean, or Europe.
