We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Immigration Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in immigration law, specifically focused on business and investment visas, naturalization, and citizenship claims. Business Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Advise a broad client base, including large companies and startups, on a full spectrum of business immigration matters.
  • Prepare and file immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, J-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, I-485, and Blanket L.
  • Draft responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other complex immigration-related correspondence.
  • Guide employers and employees through the PERM labor certification process.
  • Counsel clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance procedures.
  • Manage client relationships directly, providing high-quality legal service and support.

Business Immigration Attorney Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience representing clients in all aspects of business immigration law.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • Proficiency in handling complex, writing-intensive cases.
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a team-oriented firm culture.

Business Immigration Attorney Benefits:
