We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Administrative Coordinator to manage financial records and support daily administrative operations for a high-volume fine dining restaurant generating approximately $20 million in annual sales in Dallas, TX! This role is fully in-office, Monday through Friday.

Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily and weekly bookkeeping tasks using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, restaurant-specific platforms)
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and third-party delivery/payment platforms
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for ownership and management
• Process payroll data and coordinate with external payroll provider
• Track invoices, vendor statements, and ensure timely payments
• Provide administrative support to ownership and operations team
• Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed
• Support onboarding and HR paperwork for new hires

Bookkeeper Requirements:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurants
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
