Large national senior living brand seeking experienced Executive Director for premier CCRC property in Charlotte, NC..
Executive Director Responsibilities
- Lead staff and community in accordance with state regulations and compliance guidelines
- Provide a safe and happy home for residents and their families
- Maintain community budget and operate with fiscal responsibility
- Coordinate management of community and staff with Regional Ops Director
Executive Director Requirements
- 5+ years of CCRC experience as an Executive Director
- 3+ years of experience in Hotel Food & Beverage or General Management a plus but not required
- Experience with "turnaround properties" managing existing situations with professionalism and tact
- Experience in operational leadership – managing teams of hourly care staff, shift scheduling & oncall
- Experience with state compliance audits and maintaining complete documentation for residents
