Lean Manufacturing Engineer – Automotive
Location: Macon, GA (Relocation assistance available!)
Our client, a long-standing automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Macon, GA. Relocation is available for top-notch talent!
The role will focus on enhancing production process efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with ISO 9000 compliance standards.
Lean Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- At least 1 year of production supervision in a vehicle assembly or automotive environment
- Background in EV, LEAN, Kaizen, DMAIC, and Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Familiarity with ISO compliance and automotive quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline
