A creative food solutions group serving NYC and surrounding boroughs is seeking an experienced Hospitality Talent Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment and talent development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, skilled in sourcing top talent, and committed to building strong teams in a fast-paced, people-focused business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operations roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging both active and passive candidates.
- Design and implement talent development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with leadership and HR to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Support compliance with ATS systems and hiring best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting; hospitality or restaurant industry preferred.
- Proven background in talent development and employee growth strategies.
- Familiar with ATS platforms and recruitment technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
