Director of Technology
Join a fast-growing, operations-driven company as the Director of Technology. This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize the digital infrastructure powering a multi-brand retail operation, owning system integrations, tooling, and technical performance at scale. This role is on property and is not remote or hybrid.
Director of Technology Benefits and Compensation:
• Base salary range: $100,000 – $135,000 – ideal salary is 115-120
• Target bonus: 10–20% of base salary

Director of Technology Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading technology or systems execution in a commerce or operations-heavy environment at the Director level
• Background in e-commerce within the retail or wholesale sector
• Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, ecommerce APIs, inventory systems such as Linnworks, and fulfillment processes
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a technology-related field
• Proven success in driving process improvements through technology and automation
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing external engineering vendors and internal support teams
• Ability to maintain system stability, lead migrations, and resolve technical issues without disrupting daily operations
• Analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach; SQL proficiency is a plus
Director of Technology Preferred Background & Skills:
• Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, DropDay, and Recharge
• Experience creating operational dashboards and managing data flow across multiple departments
