What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine and a proven track record of leadership in high-volume, chef-driven kitchens. The right candidate will bring creativity, discipline, and a deep understanding of seasonal sourcing, kitchen operations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of kitchen operations with a hands-on leadership style
• Oversee seasonal menu development and execution
• Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality and presentation
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing culinary team
• Partner with ownership and FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Manage food and labor costs with precision and strategic insight
• Uphold and enforce top-tier cleanliness and safety standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale or fine dining setting
• Deep knowledge and passion for authentic Italian cuisine
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in kitchen financials, food cost control, and inventory systems
• Calm under pressure with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Organized, detail-driven, and relentlessly committed to quality
