Hotel General Manager
We are a fast-expanding national hospitality group seeking an experienced and driven Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our select service properties. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused professional who thrives in a guest-first, team-oriented environment.
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Guide department leaders to deliver excellent service and operational success
- Ensure achievement of budget targets through financial oversight and forecasting
- Uphold brand guidelines and cultivate a positive workplace culture
- Partner with Sales to optimize group bookings and pricing strategies
- Represent the hotel within the local community and enhance public visibility
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years as a Hotel General Manager in a Select Service environment
- Familiarity with hotel operations including front desk and/or housekeeping management
- Proficient in hotel property management systems and technology tools; Hilton experience preferred
- Strong leadership approach grounded in service and accountability
- Proven skills in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
