What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service, upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume sales operations effectively
- Stable work history – we value consistency and commitment
- Solid financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Experience with Restaurant 365 software is a plus
- Franchise experience preferred but not mandatory
