This role goes beyond traditional fintech sales. You’ll work closely with the executive team, manage agency relationships, and help develop the systems that will support future expansion. Area Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee agency partners from onboarding through growth
- Identify and close new independent agency partnerships
- Coach partners, track performance, and optimize onboarding processes
- Build and refine HubSpot systems for improved efficiency
- Attend trade shows and agency visits regularly
- Collaborate directly with leadership on strategy and market expansion
Area Sales Manager Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or territory management experience
- Strong work ethic with proven stories of hustle and ownership
- Track record of success without big-brand backing or structured support
- Coachable, positive, and ego-free
- Fully committed to in-office work (5 days/week in Midtown ATL)
- Experience with HubSpot preferred
- Early-career professionals with strong initiative and drive
