We’re seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at one of our high-performing, guest-favorite locations. As part of a well-known and evolving restaurant group, we pride ourselves on creativity, consistency, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
If you're a hands-on chef with strong leadership skills and a desire to grow with a respected brand, we want to hear from you.
Executive Chef Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or CDC in a high-volume, upscale-casual or fine dining kitchen
- Proven ability to manage a scratch kitchen doing $5–12 million in annual sales
- Passion for food, presentation, and seasonal menu development
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Solid understanding of food and labor cost controls, inventory management, and kitchen systems
