About the Opportunity:
We’re working with a well-established, high-volume full-service restaurant concept seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join the team. You will play a key leadership role in daily kitchen operations, food quality, and team coordination. The position offers growth potential in a vibrant, team-focused environment that prides itself on quality, consistency, and exceptional service.
Position Highlights:
- Lead back-of-house operations in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining high culinary and safety standards.
- Oversee daily prep, line execution, expo quality, and dish coordination.
- Ensure consistency in presentation, portion control, and recipe adherence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Actively participate in food production to support kitchen needs during peak periods.
- Coach and supervise line staff, setting the pace and standard during each shift.
- Contribute to staff training, onboarding, and team development.
- Serve as a liaison between BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all sanitation, health, and company protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of kitchen experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
- Proven ability to lead a team under pressure with professionalism and composure.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills.
