Restaurant Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

Guide, train, and inspire the team to excel
Foster a culture of respect and accountability while leading by example
Maintain top-tier service standards with a keen eye for detail
Cultivate strong customer relationships that encourage repeat visits
Oversee daily operations, including catering and delivery services

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, structured casual, fast-food, or QSR environment
A natural leader who is approachable, inspiring, and results-driven
Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-energy environments
Track record of exceeding expectations, upholding standards, and building lasting team connections
Flexible availability, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
