Employment Law Attorney Qualifications:
- Passion for employment rights and a commitment to advocating for fairness in the workplace.
- Proven experience resolving employment-related disputes through negotiated settlements and litigation.
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and client communication skills.
- Proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw (required).
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, with all necessary academic and compliance requirements completed.
- Dedicated to identifying and eliminating employment discrimination, holding employers accountable, and securing just compensation for clients.
