Lead a dynamic food & beverage team in one of Austin’s premier full-service hotels, where culinary excellence meets large-scale event execution. This is your chance to shape guest experiences across multiple outlets and over 30,000 sq ft of versatile meeting and event space.

Director of Food and Beverage Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base salary of $130,000–$145,000, depending on experience
  • Relocation assistance provided

Director of Food and Beverage Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years as a Director of Food and Beverage at a Full-Service Hotel Property
  • Proven success overseeing multiple F&B outlets (hotel restaurants, bars, cafes, in-room dining, etc.)
  • Direct experience managing food and beverage operations tied to at least 30,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and banquet space
  • Strong background in budgeting, labor control, and cost management
  • Must possess a deep understanding of both front- and back-of-house operations
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills

Director of Food and Beverage Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with high-end or luxury hotel brands
  • Proficiency in systems such as Micros, Delphi, or other POS/banquet software
  • Prior involvement in pre-opening or renovation projects a plus
  • Sommelier certification or advanced wine knowledge
  • Strong event planning collaboration skills
