We are hiring a Director of Technical Engineering to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will manage a high-performing technical team, oversee the delivery of key projects, and contribute to product innovation. You will work closely with senior leadership to help shape the overall technology strategy and ensure alignment between customer needs and internal development efforts.
Director of Technical Engineering Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Physics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in NLP, LLMs, or Deep Learning
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Python
- Proven experience managing technical teams of 10 or more
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Director of Technical Engineering Compensation and Benefits:
- Variable performance bonus and signing bonus
