Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base salary + bonus

A well-respected, independent restaurant group in Greenville, SC is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to lead the execution of high-volume, off-site events. From elegant weddings to corporate functions, this is a leadership role focused on logistics, systems, and guest experience—not sales or planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full execution of off-site events from planning, load-in to breakdown
  • Lead and support captains and event staff across multiple simultaneous events
  • Read and interpret 50+ BEOs weekly, identifying gaps and ensuring flawless prep
  • Maintain organized systems using checklists, pull sheets, and team protocols
  • Interact directly with guests and clients in a calm, professional manner
  • Drive company vehicles to event sites (valid driver’s license and insurable record required)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership in off-site catering or event operations
  • Ability to lead teams, multitask, and maintain high standards under pressure
  • Passionate about hospitality with a positive, humble attitude
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
