Our client's rapidly growing and well-established commercial construction company is looking to add an experienced and preferred bilingual Human Resource Generalist to their Nashville, TN team.
HR Generalist Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish, highly preferred
- HR experience in the Construction or Industrial segments is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Paychex Flex or similar software, required
- 3+ years of professional Human Resources work experience, required
- Good understanding of clerical/HR procedures and systems, including workers' comp
- Coordinates trainings and certifications
- Proven experience with new hire paperwork and onboarding
