Are you a dynamic and strategic HR leader with a passion for hospitality? A prestigious luxury hotel group is seeking an Area Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance HR operations across multiple properties for a Luxury Hotel Group. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals in staffing, recruitment, and retention.
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, training programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, investigations, and training & development.
- Foster employee engagement, recognition, and professional growth opportunities to enhance team performance and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of senior HR management experience, ideally in a multi-property role.
- Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Hospitality industry experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
