Position: Senior Talent Manager
Are you a relationship-driven leader with a passion for talent management and entertainment? We’re seeking a Senior Talent Manager to serve as the key liaison for top-tier talent, overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating appearances, and providing day-to-day support to creators across the entertainment and influencer industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and execute campaigns, appearances, and events (e.g. photoshoots, live shows, auditions) for a dynamic roster of talent.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned creators—ensuring seamless communication and exceptional support across all engagements.
- Oversee administrative functions including contracts, scheduling, billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Build and nurture relationships with producers, networks, media contacts, promoters, and industry partners.
- Collaborate closely with talent to align opportunities with their brand goals, vision, and growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience managing artists, influencers, or digital content creators.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts with precision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- A portable talent roster is a major plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
