We're seeking a seasoned Senior Immigration Lawyer (Partner) with deep experience in employment-based immigration and a working knowledge of family-based immigration matters. This is a key leadership opportunity for a bilingual attorney with 10+ years of experience and a portable book of business to join a supportive, forward-thinking legal team that values excellence, collaboration, and growth.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Advise clients—corporate and individual—on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including E-2, O-2, and L-1 visas
- Support select family-based immigration cases
- Represent clients before USCIS and other federal agencies
- Draft clear, accurate legal filings
- Work closely with partners and mentor junior attorneys
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships and a portable book of business
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of immigration law experience, with a strong focus on employment-based cases and familiarity with family-based processes
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Florida Bar membership
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A client-centered approach and an established book of business
