Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Ten years in the industry at a high-end Hotel, Country Club, or Fine Dining Restaurant.
  • Have a professional demeanor with members and fellow staff members.
  • Ability to produce a quality and consistent product, executing all the details, and focusing on daily operations.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.



Chef de Cuisine Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Culinary Degree
  • Ability to grow a team
