Our client is an established and respected fully remote accounting services provider supporting multi-unit companies who require assistance with their day-to-day accounting needs. We are seeking a Sr. Accountant with end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping process experience. If you are a collaborative team-member who is a self-starter, great communicator, and able to manage your daily responsibilities and deadlines, we want to hear from you!
! This is a 100% fully remote position
What You Will Be Doing:
- Full-cycle Bookkeeping/Accounting services
- Daily client bookkeeping of A/R, A/P, Sales, CR and Disbursements
- Monthly client reconciliations of vendor, bank, and credit card statements
- Balance sheet accounts i.e.: petty cash, payroll liabilities and loans
- Processing and posting client Payroll
- Month-end closing reporting and processing
- Financial reporting and analysis with recommendations to client
Sr. Accountant Requirements:
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping/Accounting for clients
- A minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Must have exceptional QuickBooks Online AND Excel experience
- Multi-client/multi-unit experience
- Experience supporting the trades i.e.: Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Landscape etc.
- Experience with Billable hours
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- End-to-End transactional bookkeeping with strong financial reporting and analysis experience
