A premier dining and events destination in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Banquet & Event Management to lead all banquet and catering operations for a $10-million operation. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of upscale weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings, while ensuring exceptional service and quality. Director of Banquet & Event Management Requirements/Responsibilities
- More than three years as a Director of Special Event execution within premiere banquet and catering concepts.
- More than six years managing high-end banquet operations.
- Proven success in leading, planning and executing more than 1,500 events annually.
- Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator, working closely with all departments to ensure seamless service and execution.
- Expert financial acumen with a keen ability to improve costs, manage budgets, and forecast strategically.
- Flexibility to work as needed including nights, weekends, and holidays.
