Restaurant General Manager Background:

3+ years as a General Manager in a similar fast-casual brand or strong full-service brands
Continued career progression and track record for producing results
Willingness to become a champion of a strong culture and focus on people
Expert in quality guest service delivery and savvy with restaurant financials
Ability to source, develop and retain exceptional talent to grow strong teams
Never compromise on quality and brand standards
Strong catering experience is necessary to be successful in this location, 30% of sales

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
