We're hiring a Marketing Director to lead our innovative and results-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in creative storytelling, branding, broadcast media advertising, and digital analytics to drive client engagement and grow our firm's visibility.
What You'll Do:
- Lead firm-wide branding initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Develop captivating ad copy for radio, TV, digital, and social media platforms.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key marketing metrics (ROI/KPIs).
- Supervise both organic and paid digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Social Media to execute cohesive marketing strategies.
- Manage and enhance overall client experience and brand perception.
- Oversee the development and sourcing of promotional materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, and creative writing.
- Mandatory portfolio showcasing successful broadcast media ad copywriting (radio/TV).
- Expertise with digital marketing analytics tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Omniture).
- CRM analytics experience
Preferred Experience:
- Previous media buying experience.
- Public Relations background.
- Basic proficiency in photography/videography.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
