A northern Michigan-based collection of properties is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. This person will be responsible for building and managing the company's brand and image. This is a great opportunity to get in on the start of a growth plan. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategy: Create a brand story that connects customers with the company 
  • Manage marketing campaigns: Oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms 
  • Analyze marketing results: Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns 
  • Conduct market research: Stay up to date with customer trends and predict future trends 
  • Manage budgets: Track and forecast marketing spend 
  • Manage projects: Oversee projects through various stages of development 
  • Manage relationships: Maintain relationships with company stakeholders and clients 
  • Lead marketing teams: Mentor and develop the marketing team 
  • Lead new product launches: Lead new product launches and product development 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail
  • Business savvy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with CRM software
  • Budget-management skills
