What You'll Do:
- Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team – Hire, train, and motivate a strong, guest-focused staff
- Drive Operational Success – Oversee performance metrics, control costs, and ensure daily excellence
- Build Community Connections – Foster guest loyalty and grow your restaurant’s local presence
- Create an Exceptional Guest Experience – Maintain a fun, fast-paced, and welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow
