I was prepped for every interview with information about the people that were going to be interviewing me and we discussed possible (high likelihood) questions that were going to be asked, and emailed me tons of great information about the company that I referenced back on every time. My recruiter not only helped me throughout the “business” portion of this 2-month process but also acted like a friend to me. She was genuinely excited every time I called her after an interview to tell her how it went. She always asked about my girlfriend and how she was doing too, it is the extra step that I never see recruiters take.
