Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and now based in Tampa, Florida, Kerey Andrade’s career has always been built on people, relationships, and growth. He began working in restaurants at just eight years old alongside his father and steadily worked his way up through the ranks — from hourly roles to Assistant Manager, Managing Partner, and multi-unit leadership. Along the way, he led organizations in key performance metrics, built high-performing teams, and developed leaders who grew alongside him. At every stage, his focus remained the same: invest in people first, and the results will follow.
In addition to hospitality leadership, Kerey gained valuable experience in the healthcare space through working closely with his parents, developing a deep appreciation for patient care, service excellence, and operational discipline. Growing up playing sports and competing at the collegiate level further shaped his leadership style — instilling discipline, resilience, accountability, and a team-first mindset that he brings into every professional relationship.
