Glory is a recruiting professional with a diverse background spanning finance, litigation, housing management, and executive leadership. As a Recruiting Partner with Goodwin Recruiting, she brings a well-rounded business perspective and a proven ability to identify talent, build strong relationships, and connect professionals with opportunities that align with their goals. Having spent much of her career in the St. Paul, Minnesota area before relocating to northern Minnesota, Glory was drawn to recruiting as a way to continue growing professionally.
Throughout her career, Glory has developed expertise across a variety of industries, from underwriting multifamily loan proposals and managing litigation processes to leading complex operations as the Executive Director of a 98-unit assisted living and memory care community. These experiences have strengthened her ability to evaluate talent, understand organizational needs, and navigate challenging business environments with confidence and empathy. While she specializes in engineering recruitment, she is passionate about expanding her expertise into additional industries where she can make a meaningful impact.
