Training and Support
  • You will receive top-notch training from our experienced leadership team. The team covers every aspect of our business practices and shares all we have learned in our company's long history.
  • Our recruiters are supported by a committed team of experienced recruiting coaches dedicated to help you start making placements quickly, without micromanagement.
  • New members of our team enjoy the benefit of jumping right into our business with our existing clients and recruiters. You will be partnering on deals with our current team to gain experience and start earning while you build your own client relationships.
  • Our leadership team will continue to work closely with you even after training to help support you and share our best practices.
  • Goodwin provides you with over $4,000 per month worth of resources including marketing and branding tools, various candidate sourcing licenses and ad space, a license for our advanced ATS with access to hundreds of thousands of candidates, and much more. All of this is part of our extensive support and services included in your partnership to help you create and maintain a successful business. 
Compensation and Growth Potential
  • There are no territory restrictions on clients or candidates you can work.
  • Goodwin Recruiting offers an unlimited earning potential with no cap.
  • This is truly a business partnership role. Our top producers are self-driven and ambitious and enjoy the independence of running their own business with the support of the leadership team.
  • The compensation for this position is strictly commission based.
  • Over the last 12 months:
    • Our Recruiting Partners with tenure of at least 1 year have averaged $104k+ in income.
    • Our top 25 performing Recruiting Partners have averaged $204k+ in income.
    • Our top billing Recruiting Partner has earned $335k in income.
