Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:

Training, development, interviewing/hiring of staff
On the floor ensuring a smooth shift while exceeding guest expectations
Food safety knowledge and implementation
Ability to work with the rest of the leadership team to push the service standards above and beyond

Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications Include:

3 years experience as a restaurant manager, steakhouse or fine dining experience required
High level of customer service skills with ability to listen, react, notify, and be empathetic.
Liquor and wine knowledge is a requirement
Knowledge of cost controls, inventories, and scheduling
