Assistant General Manager – Wynwood, Miami

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
Strong background in Italian cuisine
Proficiency in Spanish and Italian languages preferred, at least one is a must
Ability to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service
Skills in inventory management and cost control

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for creating memorable dining experiences and fostering a positive team culture
