General Manager Requirements:

2+ years experience in a similar role
A leader who cares about working for an ethical, environmentally focused company
Enthusiasm and excitement about being an integral part of a mission to deliver traceable, sustainable food to our guests
Driven by having smart goals and clear expectations
Ability to drive sales and promotions through creative up-selling tactics and involving your team in numerous seasonal campaigns
Must be able to analyze metrics, trends, and numbers to make decisions that drive your business
Enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative environment
