Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Benefits:

Competitive annual earnings of $75,000 – $85,000 with a $2500 Sign-on Bonus!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst – What makes you a great fit:

Must pass required state and company background checks
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis
Board Certified or in the process (we will help you complete your certification!)
Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings
1-2+ years of ABA experience (preferred)
Be able to work onsite or in the home
Genuine passion for helping children
Must be able to commute to Colorado Springs or be willing to relocate to the area

Board Certified Behavior Analyst – What you'll be doing:

Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in implementing BIPs.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs.
Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
