Mid-Level Litigation Attorney-Remote (U.S.)

Seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join a remote team handling complex state and federal litigation, including securities, regulatory, and commercial matters. This role offers substantive responsibility and hands-on case involvement.

What You’ll Do:

Manage matters across all phases of litigation
Draft motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.)
Take and defend depositions
Support securities, financial services, and commercial litigation matters
Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Experience with depositions and motion practice
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment
