A precision manufacturing company is adding a Business Intelligence Analyst to support company wide reporting and analysis across manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership. This is a hands on role focused on SQL based analysis, Power BI reporting, and data accuracy.

Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and executive reporting
Write and maintain SQL queries against relational databases
Develop and standardize KPIs used across departments
Analyze trends, performance gaps, and operational drivers
Work directly with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams
Support ad hoc analysis tied to business questions
Ensure reporting accuracy and consistent data definitions

Business Intelligence Analyst Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, information systems, or related technical field
Three to five or more years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Strong Power BI experience including data modeling and dashboard development
Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of database structure
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Ability to communicate findings clearly to non technical stakeholders
Stable work history with demonstrated ownership
