A precision manufacturing company is adding a Business Intelligence Analyst to support company wide reporting and analysis across manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership. This is a hands on role focused on SQL based analysis, Power BI reporting, and data accuracy.
Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and executive reporting
- Write and maintain SQL queries against relational databases
- Develop and standardize KPIs used across departments
- Analyze trends, performance gaps, and operational drivers
- Work directly with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams
- Support ad hoc analysis tied to business questions
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistent data definitions
Business Intelligence Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, information systems, or related technical field
- Three to five or more years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- Strong Power BI experience including data modeling and dashboard development
- Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of database structure
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non technical stakeholders
- Stable work history with demonstrated ownership
