We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join a growing residential and light commercial service team. This role is ideal for a technician who values integrity, quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer experience while keeping homes and businesses comfortable year-round.

HVAC Service Technician Requirements & Qualifications:

HVAC certification/license or equivalent work experience required
EPA certification for refrigerant handling (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
Commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship

Preferred Background & Skills:

Prior experience with diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, ventilation)
Experience with preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Familiarity with smart thermostats and system enhancements
Comfortably educating customers on system care, upgrades, and long-term reliability
