Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities

Ensure an exceptional guest experience
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team
Maintain a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on daily operations and menu initiatives
Oversee consistent quality, pacing, and presentation during service

Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a quality-driven kitchen
Proven ability to lead by example and communicate with clarity and respect
Professionalism, composure, and a collaborative spirit
A genuine passion for food, people, quality, and lifting up the team around you
