Your Impact

As Director of Sales, you’ll be at the heart of our success. Your role will include:

Driving revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinating and executing events that exceed expectations
Leading and inspiring your team to achieve shared goals

Who You Are

Experienced and ambitious, Driving 40,000 sq ft in convention/ event space with sales.
Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable with technology and analytical tasks

What You’ll Need

A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Successful completion of a background check and drug test (cannabis-friendly policy)
